All shutters are installed with a small tolerance gap, and if the walls, ceiling or sills are not straight then more gaps could appear here. Tier on Tier shutters with no T-post will have a visible gap in between panels – Depending on the panels size, the gap can be up to 12mm.

Due to their design and operation, shutters are a light diffusing product rather than a blackout.

If a blackout effect is needed we have a special range shutters that include a blackout blinds mounted on the back of the shutters for a total blackout effect.

What we offer more than our competitors, is the fact that the external gaps will be filled with a paintable decorative caulk, making the final result stunning.
